Pragmas that let you define how work is distributed or shared across the threads in a parallel region (#pragma omp section, #pragma omp for, #pragma omp single, #pragma omp task). Pragmas that let you control synchronization among threads ( #pragma omp atomic, #pragma omp master, #pragma omp barrier, #pragma omp critical, #pragma omp flush. $ clang -c omp.c -fopenmp clang: error: unsupported option ’-fopenmp’ even though clang had OpenMP support for quite a long time now (great thanks to the folks at Intel providing their library as open source!). In fact, the clang compiler in Xcode can generate all the necessary code for OpenMP.About the App
